Eating Well Around Thanksgiving

Monday, November 24th, 2008 by Editor

If you will celebrate Thanksgiving this Thursday, you may be thinking about all of the delicious foods you will be tasting.  And if you are like most people I know (myself included), you may be vowing that this year you will not overindulge.  However, when the day arrives it can be pretty difficult to resist sampling all of the appetizers or decline seconds on the brown sugar glazed squash.
