Advice will vary from expert to expert, but in general children should have been exposed to all areas of learning.  That doesn’t mean mastery is expected, but that they are familiar with letters, numbers, and more.  One way to expose your child to learning is to introduce him or her to the skill of writing.

At our sister site, Your Parenting Info, one father shares his experience of teaching his young son how to write.  Click here to read his suggestions and insights.

tasty-thoughts3Did that combination of words catch your attention?  You might be wondering if the title is a riddle, as it doesn’t seem possible that anything could be all three at once.  However, it is not a riddle, and all three do belong together.

If you like to make pasta and enjoy toppings besides marinara, our sister site, Tasty Thoughts, has a great option for you, Spinach Alfredo.  Though not a health dish, this recipe definitely is a lighter version than you will find in many restaurants.  This sauce is full of great flavors with a smooth texture, a perfect new recipe to add to your repertoire.
