A Dress for Summer

Wearing a dress in summer always seems much more enjoyable than in winter. There is much less hassle: no need to wear nylons, no need to worry about feeling chilled wearing a dress on a cold day, no need to wear boots and change into dress shoes if going outdoors.
So, when summer arrives, I wear dresses far more frequently and would think other women might do so. However, wearing dresses more often means purchasing more dresses.
