Delicious Grapes

parched-2When serving wine with dinner, I prefer to offer a red wine.  I enjoy the depth and full-body that is presented by a Cabernet Sauvignon or Shiraz.  However, occasionally red wine seems too powerful for the meal I will be serving.

Recently, we had a simple dinner of cheese and crackers, and a white wine seemed more appropriate.  I still wanted a wine that was full-bodied, and the Chenin Blanc that my husband purchased was perfect.  To learn more about this excellent wine, visit our sister site, Parched No More.
