Don’t Be a Turkey!

With two days until Thanksgiving, many people are planning menus and which outfits will allow the most stretch to hold more of those menu items.  However, Thanksgiving is a one-day celebration that shouldn’t have lasting effects.  To enjoy the day and be healthy, there are many simple strategies one can use.
