I've been using Fast Next for several months for hosting and I've found it to be excellent. I use the Unlimited plan, which is $6.95 a month. It gives me 500 GB a month traffic and 5 TB of bandwidth. I haven't come close to exceeding either of those, so I can't tell you how they handle going over your bandwidth limits, but so far I've been perfectly satisfied with their service.

Check them out.
