Four Ingredient Beer
Recently on our beverage website, our beer reviewer sampled Bard’s Sorghum Beer. One thing he noted to be interesting about this beer was that it contained only four ingredients. That, in and of itself, is a fun piece of trivia.
However, one of our knowledgeable readers pointed out an even greater importance to this minimal ingredient list: none of those four ingredients contains gluten. This beer could be a beverage option for adults who either have an allergy to gluten or simply choose to maintain a gluten-free diet.
