Great Food in Kauai

Having traveled to Hawaii for our honeymoon two weeks ago, we indulged in a leisurely lifestyle:  huge breakfasts and upscale dinners.  With an eating pattern such as this, we had no need for lunch.

Luckily for us, we hiked Waimea Canyon one morning, which gave us appetites for a late lunch.  Having heard that Keoki’s Paradise served an excellent fish sandwich, we decided to give them a try.  This meal was one of the best from our entire trip.
