Pretty soon, many houses will have leftover turkey filling storage containers in their refrigerators.  What is one to do with all of that poultry? 

And so begins the endless list of “turkey helper” recipes:  turkey soup, turkey pot pie, turkey burritos.  Obviously, a simple way to use turkey is in a sandwich.  However, instead of just layering turkey, mayo, and lettuce, why not add some other ingredients?
